At Mace, we are growing our transportation division and have opportunities for project engineers in the following disciplines:
* Geotechnical
* Telecommunications
* Signalling
* Electrification (E&P / OLE)
* Track
* Buildings M&E

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate work with other contractors and Network Rail.
* Liaise with route engineers (discipline).
* Participate in engineering and development assurance activities to ensure schemes are affordable, meet programme requirements, and are safe and environmentally responsible.
* Review compliance with standards (e.g., NR/L2/CIV/003, NR/L3/CIV/0063).
* Use risk assessment methods (e.g., HAZOP, QRA) to evaluate options.
* Develop and verify engineering solutions and assurance packages.
* Manage engineering interfaces across disciplines.
* Ensure contractors’ design, construction, and personnel competence.
Requirements:
* Ability to undertake the NR/L2/RSE/02009 Project Engineer role.
* Understanding of Construction, Design and Management (CDM) 2015 regulations and CSM 2013 regulations, especially regarding asset protection.
* Knowledge of Network Rail's risk assessment processes, including CSM-RA.
