Role Overview As a Business Operations Consultant, you will work across all business lines of Benchmark, supporting management, client-facing, and client support teams. Your responsibilities will include:
* Implementing and embedding effective first-line controls and processes to ensure good outcomes for clients.
* Serving as the first point of contact for management, client-facing, and client service teams.
* Identifying process-related opportunities to create additional capacity for teams, enabling them to generate new business.
* Ensuring high-quality data is available to run the business and meet client needs effectively.
* Collaborating with colleagues to implement system and process changes.
* Partnering with various teams to resolve issues and improve productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
* Creating scalable solutions that align with our ambitious growth plans.
* Assessing financial advice to ensure it delivers good outcomes for clients and adheres to Consumer Duty standards.
* Collaborating with stakeholders and leaders to achieve commercial objectives and uphold quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills

* Completion of educational and training tutorials on our internal systems (Enable and Fusion) and our online client portal (Wealth Platform).
