This role involves developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, focusing on ITSM processes, integrations, automation, and security. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow Platform using Glide API, ServiceNow Business Rules, Script Includes, and other platform features.
Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, to streamline IT operations.
Configure and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support asset and configuration management processes.
Build and manage Service Catalog items and workflows to provide end users with intuitive self-service capabilities.
Develop and maintain Scoped Applications and integrations with third-party systems using ServiceNow MID Server, LDAP, and SSO.
Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Event Management, Discovery, and Orchestration.
Develop and configure ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure the quality and reliability of customizations.
Create and maintain Access Control Rules (ACL) to enforce security and data access policies.
Implement Virtual Agent and chatbot solutions to enhance end-user experience and automate routine tasks.
Configure and manage Software Asset Management (SAM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Application Portfolio Management (APM) modules.
Build and manage Data Import and Transform Maps for data migration and synchronization.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance and functionality, ensuring the platform meets business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Required skills and experience:
Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform development, including hands-on experience with Glide API, Business Rules, and Scoped Applications.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Virtual Agent development.
Expertise in managing integrations with third-party systems using ServiceNow MID Server, LDAP, and SSO.
In-depth understanding of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.
Proficiency in XML, Script, and other related technologies for platform development and configuration.
Experience with Data Import and Transform Maps for migrating and synchronizing data.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Access Control Rules (ACL) to secure the platform and enforce data governance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills to identify and resolve platform issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or similar certifications.
Experience with ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) and ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
