Product Support Technician (Panel Wirer)
Location: Daventry
Salary: Up to 30k
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7am/7.30am - 4/4.30pm & Friday 7/7.30am - 11.30am/mid-day
Overtime: TX1/2
Type: Permanent
The Client: A well-established manufacturer of industrial engine controls and instrumentation, wiring systems, harnesses, and sensors.
The Role:
* On-site customer support for quality and design investigations.
* Investigation of non-conforming product.
* Fault finding techniques to identify issues.
* Responsible for repair (where possible) and feedback on product returns.
* Keep tooling and spares up to date, identifying ongoing requirements to CMR Quality Engineer as necessary.
The Candidate:
* Ideally a Panel Wirer wanting to progress into a quality role.
* Training with quality measurement tools will be provided.
* Ideally from an electronics background with an understanding of Isometric drawings.
* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
