Colleague Engagement and People Experience Lead
We have an exciting opportunity for a Colleague Engagement and People Experience Lead within the Internal Communications and People Experience Team.
In this role, you will:
* Lead on initiatives that enhance employee engagement, ensuring every Team member feels valued, supported and inspired.
* Work with the Head of Internal Communications and People Experience to develop and deliver an annual colleague engagement calendar, supporting proactive and targeted initiatives to drive excellent employee experience, and aligned to the race calendar.
* Oversee wellbeing initiatives, fostering a workplace where physical and mental health are prioritised.
* Work with the Head of Internal Communications and People Experience and the HR Director to establish a new employee forum, including being responsible for scheduling forum meetings, agenda setting and communications planning.
* Support the successful delivery of the engagement survey and mid-year pulse surveys, ensuring preparation delivery and development of an action plan.
* Use data-driven insights from engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms to continuously refine the employee experience.
* Work closely with the Internal Communications Executive to create an annual content plan for newsletters and other channels.
* Lead the planning and delivery of new quarterly in-person townhalls.
* Work closely with the creative team to develop promotional assets for engagement initiatives and events.
* Support the Head of Internal Communications and People Experience with culture programme activities.
* Support the development and administration of the colleague recognition programme.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
* Excellent editorial and copywriting skills
* Demonstrable experience working in a People Experience function and developing and delivering engagement strategies
* Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering communications plans to support business projects and priorities
* Working knowledge of communications tools and channels, including Mailchimp and SharePoint
* Experience managing a busy workload to conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* An approachable, confident, and professional communicator with stakeholders at all levels
* A champion of change, inspiring others through creativity
* Confident under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Flexible, adaptable, and quick to adjust in evolving situations
