Contract Type: Temporary Contract\n\nVentro are currently looking to recruit a Prison Site Manager to join our team based in Nottingham. The primary role of a Prison Site Manager is to ensure that site is managed efficiently, within budget, and according to H&S and the client’s requirements.\n\nMain Responsibilities:\n\n * Meeting with management and clients to identify project requirements and provide project updates\n\n * Supervise site and co-ordinate activities under CDM regulations\n\n * Compiling and submitting project status reports - Inc; Progress, delays, Health & Safety, requests for information\n\n * Promote Ventro to identify future opportunities of new works\n\n * Conduct door quality inspections with the use of audit sheets\n\n * Carry out firestopping QS measurement checks\n\n * Managing materials on site and stock levels\n\n * Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery\n\n * Managing subcontract teams\n\n * Building control liaison\n\n * Site Health and Safety - Inc; Rams, Toolbox Talks, site signage, understanding of asbestos registers, safe working practices, reporting near misses and accidents, raising F10\n\nRequirements:\n\n * EL1 Clearance\n\n * CSCS (Or Equivalent)\n\n * SMSTS (Or Equivalent)\n\n * Emergency First Aid at Work (3 Day Course preferred)\n\n * Fire Marshall\n\n * Fire compliance industry experience, i.e. Fire door installation or fire compartmentation\n\n * Computer literate (Excel, Word, Project) with access to a smartphone for HILTI uploads and monitoring\n\n * Must be eligible to live and work in the UK\n\n * FIRAS/BMTRADA (Doors and/or Fire Stopping)\n\n * Excellent communication skills\n\n * Previous Site Management Experience\n\n * Experience in fire stopping/fire doors/social housing/interior fit out\n\n * Previous experience of working in a Prison is preferred.\n\nIf you would like any further information prior to applying, please get in touch with Jack.\n\nVentro Ltd values diversity and promotes equality.
