Job Title: HR Business Partner – Change Program
Role: Permanent / Hybrid / Full Time
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus car allowance, plus benefits

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with a passion for managing change and implementing new systems?
We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (Change Programme) to lead HR transformation initiatives and systems changes within an exciting growing brand.
As an HR Business Partner (Change Programme), you will be instrumental in partnering with teams to deliver change and new systems implementation. Your expertise will help navigate these changes efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems Implementation: Lead the implementation of new HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
Oversee the Transfer of Undertakings process, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions
Manage redundancy programmes with sensitivity and efficiency
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
Process Focus: Develop and refine HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Data Analysis: Utilise Excel and other data tools to analyse HR data, produce reports, and support decision-making
Support the successful delivery of the HR strategy across the business and through your team
Work as part of a cross functional team to develop HR practices and processes across the business in our ever-changing environment and to provide balanced and fair solutions to our customers
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Proven experience in HR systems implementation, TUPE process management, and redundancy programmes
Comfortable to work flexibly from home/office with some travel to sites for essential value add face to face meetings when required
You will be organised, enjoy working at pace and be a natural communicator
Strong skills in managing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Process-Oriented: A focus on process improvement and efficiency
Data Capability: Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in HR systems and data management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and HR software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar)
Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
