Hydro Cleansing Limited is a leading provider of environmental services to clients across the UK. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities :
1. Allocate projects to engineers, drivers, and other team members based on their availability and expertise.
2. Liaise with engineers, drivers, and account managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our clients.
3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
4. Ensure that all project-related paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during projects.
6. Monitor our bespoke and world-class vehicles using software suites such as Samsara to ensure they are running efficiently and track their location.
7. This role requires a considerable amount of multitasking
Skills :
8. At least 2 years of experience in a similar coordinator role.
9. Excellent English language skills, both verbally and in writing.
10. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
14. A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
