Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join a thriving organisation. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating production schedules, ensuring the timely delivery of electrical panel and cut-out assemblies. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and regularly update production schedules to accurately track the progress of electrical panel and cut-out assembly projects. Calculate and estimate labour requirements for project completion. Collaborate with other departments to share production updates and communicate any schedule changes. Utilise mathematical and statistical knowledge to support production planning and decision-making. Leverage enterprise resource planning tools or software Prepare and organise production job packs and print labels as needed. Key Skills and Requirements: Proven experience in managing production schedules. Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills. Excellent business management abilities and commercial awareness. Outstanding communication and delegation skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
