Our client, a market leader in their field, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator based on the outskirts of Leeds.
Based fully on site Mon - Thurs 8.30 - 5, Fri 3pm finish.
£12.50 - £13ph, could lead to a permanent role.
Duties include:
1. Taking calls
2. Inputting orders
3. Processing orders
4. Escalating information
You will need experience in a similar role with a passion for customer service. You will need some knowledge of Sage, MS Word, and Excel.
