Job Summary: We are seeking an Italian-speaking customer service advisor to join our expanding team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a polite and professional manner.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our services and products.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* B1 level Italian language proficiency (oral and written).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
