Job Description Job Title: Services Services Co-Ordinator Working Pattern: Full Time Working location: Heybridge/Hybrid (3 days/week in the office) NautIQ Solutions is a part of Rolls-Royce Power Systems that focuses on delivering electrical, automation and autonomy products to our Naval and Commercial Marine customers.The business is organised as two Product Centres in Bristol and Heybridge with shared support resources provided from our teams in East Grinstead; we operate an integrated programme delivery team across the Bristol and Heybridge sites. As a Services Co-Ordinator, you will Provide excellent support for sales & services to a portfolio of customers and internal staff. The role is customer-facing and requires you to be reactive to issues that you are aware of before it becomes a problem for the customer. In this role, you will Gather data and analyse performance against contract and complete customer status reports and issue to the customers at the customer's determined frequency. What you will be doing: Delivering second-to-none customer service to the customers, dealing with a wide range of day-to-day queries around, orders, products and returns Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met Ordering processing and fulfilment for assigned customers - Produce customer order acknowledgements Liaise with Company Partners, Schaller, Gitiesse, etc for all service enquiries and orders Monitor customer and supplier, financial accounts Log orders onto the company ERP system - Log and support Customer complaints Booking all aspects of travel and accommodation for Services Support staff as well as any visiting customers - Referral of all customer correspondence to available field Engineers Help with Telephone and email technical support of company-supported products - Issuing Quotations, creating Sales Orders/Work Orders Who we’re looking for: At Rolls-Royce we embrace agility, are bold, pursue collaboration and seek simplicity in everything we do. Proficient in MS Office software and ideally you have experience with ERP systems or similar and engine diagnostics software.
