Your new role:
As a Commercial Assistant, you will support the Commercial Manager in various tasks including contract management, supplier relations, performance analysis, and stakeholder communications. Your responsibilities will include managing contract requests, monitoring contracts, analysing flows, and assisting with supplier onboarding. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial activities and contribute to the overall success of the team.
What you need to succeed:
1. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI and SAP is advantageous.
3. Strong commercial awareness, time management, and attention to detail.
4. Proactive and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to think critically and demonstrate initiative.
6. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
What you’ll get in return:
1. Competitive hourly rate of up to £18.71 (including holiday pay).
2. Salary of £30,000 to £32,000 upon permanent placement.
