Key Responsibilities: Following up on outstanding quotes via telephone Producing quotations for customers and sending these via email Liaising with customers face to face Understanding guttering, trims, soffit and fascia products Undertake training on our products Contribute to a fast-paced and driven team environment Logging details on our CRM Understanding the customer journey from start to finish Essential Skills & Experience: Strong Excel skills and a solid grasp of numerical, analytical, and planning abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable with an outgoing personality Able to multitask with great attention to detail Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting, as part of a team but also on own initiative.
