* Technical Support and Project Delivery of:
o Microsoft 365 Cloud Services
o Cyber Security
o Windows Server Based Environments
o Windows Desktop
o General Network Principles Including Routers / Firewalls / Switches and WiFi
o Backup Hardware, Software & Methodologies
o Mobile Devices
* Customer Service
o Telephone & Remote Support
o Onsite Support & Consultations
* Teamworking
o Collaborative Approach With Existing Team, External Suppliers and Client Contacts
