Planning Solicitor - Bristol / hybrid
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Planning Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate to join a leading commercial law firm in Bristol.

The Planning Team has experienced significant growth over the last couple of years, and that growth is set to continue, with major tender wins on high-profile projects and clients across the country.
Clients include local authorities, developers, registered providers, NHS Trusts, healthcare providers, and major corporate clients. They advise on all the issues involved in bringing sites forward for sustainable development and regeneration including negotiating planning agreements, highways and compulsory purchase advice, planning appeals, listed building and conservation areas advice, contaminated land, and the defence of town green applications.
This role will involve advising clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious planning matters, including planning appeals and compulsory purchase work.
To apply, you should have experience in contentious and non-contentious planning law, gained ideally across a range of public and private sector clients, and have an interest in working on development consent orders.
