You will have a clear understanding of the benefits of multi:disciplinary working in securing better outcomes for children and will be navigating the landscape of the wider children's partnership to achieve this. You will work across the branch and engage stakeholders to support the design, delivery and evaluation of key strategies, programmes and associated workstreams which support continuous improvement and better outcomes for children.As a member of the Education and Inclusion Branch Management Team (EIBMT), your ability to work closely and collaboratively with other County Education Managers is key to ensuring a co:ordinated approach within the branch.As part of your role, you will be able to articulate a shared, clear vision which inspires and motivates both the range of services you will oversee, and stakeholders where your ability to influence towards shared outcomes will be essential.
Through your senior leadership experience, you will be able to demonstrate the successful and sustained impact of your work to date on outcomes for children. You will understand the principles of inclusion and demonstrate how these would under:pin your work in this role. You will also be deeply committed to improving outcomes for all pupils, but with a particular focus on those who experience vulnerability and disadvantage in its different forms.As the strategic lead for safeguarding in education in Hampshire, you will be conversant and confident in this area, and responsible for promoting effective safeguarding policies and practices in all educational establishments.
