As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our presence within the property and lettings market, working closely with letting agents across the UK.
Your role will focus on generating new business, establishing strong relationships, and showcasing the value of our Homebox solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and generating new business opportunities with letting agents across the UK through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
* Identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their business challenges.
* Booking product demonstrations and managing leads through the entire sales cycle.
* Achieving monthly sales targets for lead generation, demos, and conversions.
* Maintaining a strong sales pipeline via the CRM system and ensuring timely follow-ups.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and customer experience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a business development or sales role within the property, lettings, or utilities sectors.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively through phone, email, and social media.
* A results-driven mindset with a passion for hitting targets and generating new business.
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
* Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
