The position has come about due to increased success and subsequently, they require a new team member on a full-time permanent basis. Our client operates across the entire UK and provide a specialist service to its customers within a niche industry. The role is to provide ongoing administrative support within the office and to external stakeholders. Answering and transferring calls Dealing with emails redirecting where appropriate Corresponding with customers and service users Typing documentation with accuracy Proofreading documentation, company literature and online information for customers Supporting the wider team with all administrative duties The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to liaise at all levels.
