We are currently recruiting for several Claims Performance Analysts to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Your role As a Claims Performance Analyst, you will use of various statistical and mathematical models to analyze complex claims information, helping to identify current trends and predict future outcomes. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across technical claims, pricing, reserving, and IT functions, providing insights into claims performance while managing relationships to influence and support business strategies. Working within virtual teams, you will leverage your analytical skills on similar claim types, with opportunities to apply your knowledge to a wide range of analytical challenges. Although teamwork is essential, you will be expected to present observations and recommendations to a range of stakeholders. In addition, you will conduct detailed analyses to produce timely and insightful outputs, report findings to stakeholders, and maintain relationships with business leaders. You will also provide guidance and coaching to less experienced colleagues to enhance expertise across the organization. About you You will have mathematical or statistical qualifications and/or experience in information analysis, along with knowledge of analytic models and systems. You will be supporting your stakeholders to interpret the data to make actionable decisions so good communication skills and stakeholder management are essential for this role. Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence tools, such as QlikSense or Power BI, would be advantageous. What we offer you At RSA we put our people first.
