Qualifications Essential criteria Bachelor/Master of Pharmacy degree GPhC pharmacist registration Post graduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent Independent Prescribing qualification (or willing to undertake) Desirable criteria Accredited Diploma tutor or Educational Supervisor Member of the RPS Stage II RPS Faculty Member (MIIFRPS) Post graduate Masters in Pharmacy Management courses Quality Improvement Training Train the trainer qualification Experience Essential criteria Significant experience in providing clinical services to Older People and/or Frailty units. Experience of influencing members of the multidisciplinary team in delivering patient care. Demonstrable evidence of undertaking research and audit and using the results to improve patient care Experience of staff line management Relevant continued professional development Evidence of managing and delivering a project Experience of clinically supervising and training staff Policy and service development Desirable criteria Presentation to trust wide meetings Research experience Experience of delivering education and training to undergraduates and postgraduates of various healthcare professions Experience as Clinical Diploma tutor or Educational Supervisor Risk Management
