Candidate required: CAD/Revit Technician Job Type: Permanent Start date: ASAP Industry: M&E Building Services – Healthcare Projects Location: Sittingbourne, Kent The role & about the client: ITS Construction are recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E main contractor who specialise in the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking a CAD/Revit Technician to join their established team based in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in the design and coordination of high-profile healthcare builds, using industry-leading software and working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking technical team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering coordinated M&E designs that meet the highest standards of compliance and accuracy. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Producing detailed MEP drawings and 3D Revit models for healthcare projects Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and public health teams to ensure fully integrated design solutions Working closely with design engineers, project managers, and site teams Ensuring drawings comply with relevant standards and project specifications Managing revisions and updates based on client and stakeholder feedback Supporting the wider design and BIM coordination process The ideal candidate will have/be: A strong background in AutoCAD and Revit MEP, ideally 2 years of experience Experience working on M&E or building services design, preferably in the healthcare sector Excellent attention to detail and understanding of coordinated service drawings Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple design tasks to deadline Relevant qualifications in Building Services Engineering, CAD Design or similar Knowledge of healthcare technical requirements and regulations (advantageous) How to apply: Please send an up-to-date CV in strict confidence.
