Actively engaging in ongoing projects and supporting them with innovative ideas for enhanced outcomes. Joining in and contributing to cross functional project teams. Completing project documentation and reports. Collecting, managing, and presenting key data for improvement activities. Identifying and suggesting opportunities for business improvement. Encouraged to work with other departments to achieve your objectives and develop your learning and skill set. The Team The Dealer Development team is a key link between Kia UK and its network of 190 franchised Dealers. Our Dealer network act as the primary link between Kia and its customers. The main activities of the team include managing improvements to the network, encouraging investment, as well as monitoring and reviewing Dealer operational performance, profitability and Customer Experience to achieve wider business objectives. In the Dealer Development Assistant role you’ll work with all commercial and operational departments within Kia UK, together with our Dealer partners, European HQ and key suppliers. About You The ideal candidate will be: · Studying a relevant degree (e.g. a Business related subject). · Able to work effectively within a team and independently. · Passionate and hard-working, open to developing knowledge and skills. · Proactive, taking the initiative to develop fresh approaches and new solutions.
