In this role, you will be accountable for the delivery of reporting of environmental communications and working with stakeholders across the business to gather and measure sustainability data. You will also support the Head of Sustainability on external communications projects and events.
Location: Dunstable, hybrid- a minimum of 3 days per week in the office

What you’ll do:
4. Lead the Force for Good reporting programme, managing relevant ESG indices and benchmarking input and delivery.
5. Manage the data capture for KPIs enabling effective reporting for our key FFG programmes and responding to environmental regulation.
6. Manage the company’s submission against the Taskforce for Climate Related Financial Disclosure (TCFD)
7. Lead the maintenance and development of external communications of FFG through our corporate and brand facing websites.
8. Support the external communication of FFG with our guests and customers and other stakeholders.
9. Lead the internal communications programme for Force for Good
10. Support the communication and reporting of Force for Good Germany
What we need:
11. Knowledge and passion for Sustainability, particularly environmental reporting
12. Sustainability reporting and indices
13. Sustainability and environmental regulation and legislation
14. Strong influencing skills, accomplished at engaging and motivating employees
15. Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and someone with the ability to build networks with a variety of audiences.
16. Carbon, waste and water reporting
17. Ability to lead project teams and work independently to deliver high quality projects on time and to budget.
18. Environmental reporting: data and KPI capture, delivery and reporting
19. Developing excellent working relationships with a number of teams, peers and senior managers across a large organisation. Skilled project management experience with multiple stakeholder involvement for sustainability related agendas. #LI1-MS
