An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator / PA with 2 years of experience to join a well-established financial services provider.
This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary up to £25,000.
As an Office Administrator / PA, you will play a key role in supporting financial advisers, managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems.
This role offers the opportunity to pursue a CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or a Certificate in Financial Planning.
You Will Be Responsible For:
1. Scheduling appointments and managing diaries for advisers and clients.
2. Handling email correspondence and maintaining client records.
3. Managing databases, including CRM systems such as Salesforce.
4. Transcribing dictation and updating client records.
5. Preparing reports and financial documentation.
6. Assisting with client applications, fund switches, and investment submissions.
7. Monitoring and chasing outstanding documentation.
8. Maintaining accurate timesheets and recording time spent on tasks.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Previously worked as an Office Administrator, Financial Administrator, Finance Administrator, IFA Administrator, Financial Services Administrator, Financial Planning Administrator or in a similar role.
2. Ideally have 2 years of experience in financial services.
3. Hold A level or equivalent qualification.
4. Strong communication and typing skills.
5. Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
