At DOTS DOLCE as the Floor Supervisor, you will play an integral role in keeping our store running smoothly and efficiently. You are responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and quality of our products. This position will allow you to lead your team and contribute to our success.
Main tasks:
1. Group management - Lead, train, and supervise a team of employees.
2. Provide excellent customer service.
3. Ensure product quality.
4. Stock management and implement effective inventory turnover and storage procedures.
5. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment while adhering to health and safety standards. Ensure all employees follow food safety rules and hygiene protocols.
6. Money handling.
7. Create and manage staffing schedule to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
8. Help execute marketing promotions and upsell strategies to drive sales.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or related degrees are a plus.
2. Experience in a supervisory role in a food service or retail sector is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash management.
4. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
5. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
