Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities. Record Keeping Maintain and organise company records, including confidential data. Handle document filing, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and security. Communication Support Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Policy Implementation Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Provide guidance on organisational protocols to employees. Support for Teams and Management Assist managers and teams with administrative needs. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
