You will be working for a leading construction company specialising in multi sectors such as Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Accommodation, project value up to £10m. Their commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction sets them apart in the industry.
They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Manager to join their Yorkshire / Midlands team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards, overseeing up to 8 sites at a time.
The Role
• You will oversee the construction stages on a number of different sector projects at various stages by managing a team of Senior Site Managers.
• Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will provide accurate updates on site development, resources, health & safety and all quality controls.
• You will be heavily involved on-site to be high profile and be fully aware of development challenges.
The Person
• This role is ideal for an existing Senior Site Manager or Construction Manager who is looking for that next step up.
• You will have an excellent understanding of all construction and health & safety regulations and industry standards at a Senior level.
• With your drive and commitment, you will ensure growth plans are concluded, and you can manage multiple developments at different stages with strong leadership and project management skills.
