A vacancy has arisen for an Assistant HR Business Partner within the Human Resources Team. This is a busy, vibrant team within the Resources Directorate with great working relationships across all areas of the Trust and Partnerships.
37 hours per week
As an Assistant HR Business Partner in the Trust you will:
* Work with the Head of HR and HRBP to support, take ownership for and deliver strategic projects.
* Be responsible for the development and roll out of HR policies and guidance including formal consultation with Trade Union colleagues, stakeholders and managers.
* Support managers with complex employee relations issues.
* Support the delivery of the workforce strategy taking a lead on key themes.
* Work across all disciplines of HR as required.
* Make a difference to the lives of children and young people in Sandwell.
About you:
* An experienced HR professional with a background of working in complex environments.
* CiPD qualified.
* Demonstrable experience of organisational change and ability to work in a fast-paced organisation.
* Previous project management experience, being able to manage own time effectively and to work to defined deadlines.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and be accountable for driving outcomes.
* A clear commitment to diversity and inclusion and a passion to drive these initiatives throughout the business.

* Public sector experience desirable.
