As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our acquisition and retention marketing strategies across two key functions: Three days per week working with our Digital Marketing Manager, assisting in paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Affiliates. Two days per week working with our CRM Lead, supporting email and SMS marketing, crafting engaging customer journeys, and improving retention. Key Responsibilities Paid Media (3 Days Per Week) Support the Digital Marketing Manager in creating assets in various formats across paid social channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, & Affiliate Partners. Assist in the setup and execution of campaigns across various channels Assist in briefing the content team to develop tailored assets and materials for campaigns. Help transform campaign concepts into engaging, platform-specific ideas across paid channels. Support affiliate program management by assisting with partner communications and ensuring affiliates have the necessary assets and information. Assist in performance analysis through data gathering learning how to measure and track performance against targets. CRM & Retention (2 Days Per Week) Assist in building, testing, and scheduling email & SMS campaigns. Help optimise audience segmentation, building customer lists and ensuring messages reach the right customers at the right time. Support customer journey improvements, working on automation and retention tactics as well as website forms. Analyse email & SMS performance, learning how to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions. You will be able to offer the following skills and experience Creativity – A strong ability to generate fresh ideas and approach tasks innovatively, creating or briefing content that catches attention. Written Communication – Ability to craft engaging ad copy, email subject lines, and paid social content. Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in copy, visuals, and campaign execution while maintaining brand consistency. Adaptability – A willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and marketing trends. Collaboration – Ability to work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to achieve common goals. Organisation – Managing assets, documents, and schedules to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of tasks. Familiarity with Digital Marketing Tools – Experience with basic tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Photoshop, Klaviyo, or similar platforms Are there any perks? What Are the Hours? This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week), with hours worked within our core operating times of Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence in our Goring-by-Sea location at least twice a week.
