Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse (RMN/RNLD)
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000, depending on experience and ward
37.5 hours per week
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs. This role will involve working in an adult acute, CAMHS, or PICU setting, and will require an individual who is both compassionate and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our client's patients.
Qualifications
* RMN or RNLD qualification
* Current registration with the UK NMC
* Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
* Experience in adult acute, CAMHS, or PICU settings
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and support to the nursing team in delivering high-quality care
* Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
* Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the ward
* Support and mentor junior staff members
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients
* Monitor and maintain high standards of patient safety and risk management
* Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of services
