* Establish and manage British Land's operational processes and procedures for ‘science and technology’ and office occupiers at Guildford.
* Provide technical and operational expertise for early conversations with potential ‘science and technology’ and office occupiers where required and lead on ‘science and technology’ and office fit-outs property management assessment and considerations at Guildford.
* Manage the building’s M&E services contract directly and the building’s engineering operations, working with on-site building management teams, fabric managers, and specialist engineering support.
* Establish and maintain a professional understanding and close working relationship with occupiers at Guildford to understand and respond to their specific requirements within the constraints of the property/site/business strategy.
* Build rapport with occupier representatives to encourage frequent and open communication on relevant building issues.
