Secondary Alternative Provision
Location: Burnley
Salary: £13.75 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
We are currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a secondary alternative provision in Burnley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting students with challenging behaviours, working in a structured environment to promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one and group support to students with behavioural challenges.
2. Assist in managing behaviour and creating a positive, safe learning environment.
3. Support students in developing social and emotional skills.
4. Work alongside teaching staff to ensure the delivery of tailored support.

1. Experience working with students with challenging behaviour.
2. Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
3. Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to individual needs.
