Job Description:
Are you someone who enjoys working in a busy, challenging environment with experience in administration? Are you enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills?
This is a twelve-month fixed-term role where you'll support all administration functions within our repairs and maintenance services. You should have a flexible approach to your work and be able to demonstrate resilience. This varied role includes:
1. General administration
2. Responsibility for processing invoices through our in-house systems
3. Raising works orders
4. Data entry
5. Communicating with trades operatives, customers, contractors, and other teams around the business
You should possess excellent IT skills, with a good knowledge of MS software, particularly Word and Excel.
