We have a great opportunity to join our team as a HR Shared Services Assistant on a fixed term (Maternity Cover - 12 months), full time (37 hours per week) basis.
As a HRSS Assistant, you will be acting as the first point of contact for all HR related queries, via phone, email and in person; responding promptly, whilst managing expectations effectively. To be customer focused at all times and deliver a high level of service to the organisation and external candidates. To be familiar with HR policies, procedures, and guidance to provide accurate and up to date information. Processing new starters, sick pay/maternity & paternity pay/adoption leave.

In order to do this role you will need:
Previous HR Administration Experience
Level 2 English and Maths
Demonstrable customer service experience
Excellent organisational skills, managing own workload to meet tight deadlines
