Job Title:
Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager / ARC Signatory
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the CAM in meeting regulatory requirements, including Part-CAMO, IOM, and OTAR.
* Oversee continuing airworthiness activities for the fleet, adhering to CAME procedures.
* Maintain compliance with all legislative and company procedures.
* Perform airworthiness reviews to recommend or issue ARC certifications.
* Contribute to AMP development and approval processes for variations.
* Review and analyze airworthiness data, including ADs, SBs, and modifications.
* Respond to audit findings and ensure the qualifications of CAMO staff.
* Collaborate with Operations and regulatory authorities to maintain compliance.
* Lead the CAMO team across all sites, providing support as needed.
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of Part CAMO, Part 145, and SMS principles.
* Experience with MORs, Safety Management Systems, and regulatory compliance.
* Proactive leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Aerotrac software and computer literacy.
Qualifications:
* A Part 66 licensed engineer or relevant aeronautical degree, along with 5+ years of experience in continuing airworthiness or 10+ years of related experience.
* Eligibility as an ARC Signatory.
Additional Requirements:
* DBS and SC clearance eligibility.
* A full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
Desirable Qualities:
* Familiarity with CAMO management software and aircraft fleet technical documentation.
* Completed Part CAMO/Part 145 training and General Familiarisation Courses.
Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum
