About the Role:
We're looking for a driven Senior Account Executive with a passion for sport, who can thrive in a successful and fast-paced international agency environment. The role will sit on one of our key UEFA accounts - PepsiCo - in the Rights Consultancy division.
Working within the Lay's and Gatorade team, you will be helping to support and lead on various areas of marketing and sponsorship activation including managing rights holders, rights management and activation, digital activation and UEFA and talent approvals. You will also be supporting the ongoing management of PepsiCo's social impact programme which focuses on the delivery of football for good programmes across the globe together with UEFA Foundation for Children and Common Goal.

Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Act as a trusted advisor on UEFA guidelines and client toolkits to ensure campaigns are executed successfully and on time
* Develop and manage partnership assets, adhering to brand guidelines and overseeing the end-to-end approvals process, including all reporting
* Support the Account Manager/Director in creating talent packs and handling day-to-day administrative tasks for talent approvals
* Supporting the continued roll out of PepsiCo's social impact programme
* The key point of contact for multiple stakeholders, including global and local clients, UEFA and UEFA Foundation for Children, Common Goal and other local NGOs.
* Manage regular stakeholder calls, produce status reports, and document meeting notes and action items to ensure the project stays on track
* Manage branding approvals and coordinate approvals with local community partners
* Manage central SharePoint site where all project content is stored
* Event management support on site at live events

* Knowledge of, and willingness to keep up with, the sponsorship landscape to provide best practices and recommendations
* Be able to anticipate team and client needs, find ways to add value and go the extra mile.
You need to have an ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional travel, on site at events and some weekend work.
This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.
