Key Duties 1. Lead, maintain and develop the BPS accredited MSc Forensic and Investigative Psychology programme as agreed with the current course director and psychology leads. 2. Input to specific undergraduate/postgraduate courses, the allocation of which is the responsibility of the Section Director in negotiation with Course Directors 3. Attend regular meetings of the course team, research/knowledge exchange thematic groups, School, and Faculty, in accordance with published timetables, and meetings of the Staff-Student Liaison Committee for courses on which the post holder teaches, as required 4. Enact responsibility for the administration, assessment and evaluation of the courses above in such a way as to meet school guidelines, good practice and published deadlines 5. Participate in a schedule of Open Days for prospective applicants as designated by the Subject Director and/or relevant Course Director. 6. Develop and/or maintain a strong contribution to the activities of the
course(s) and school in terms of research, publications and knowledge exchange activities 7. Given suitable notice, transact reasonable roles and responsibilities not highlighted above which are so designated from time to time by the Subject Director and/or Course Director(s), and which contribute to the smooth running of the Psychology Suite and/or School. 8. Participate in both a University-wide and a school induction course and, in pro-active and reactive ways, attend events connected with further professional development
