Veterinary Surgeon - Mixed Animal
Location: Fermanagh and Omagh
Hours: Permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week over four days with 1:5 weekends and 1:5 nights on call. Part-time applications are welcome, and we're open to flexibility where we can.
Salary: £40,000 - £72,000 per year
GLG Vets is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-respected mixed animal practice in Fermanagh and Omagh. This role is ideal for a professional seeking a diverse caseload with the chance to work with both large and small animals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care for both large and small animals.
* Work with a dynamic and supportive team to deliver clinical services to a wide range of patients.
* Participate in out-of-hours duties, including on-call shifts (1:5 weekends and nights).
* Engage in consultations, diagnostics, surgery, and other veterinary duties as needed.
About You:
* Veterinary Surgeon with full RCVS registration and experience in a mixed animal practice.
* Comfortable with a varied caseload and confident in both large and small animal work.
* Ability to work as part of a team and also independently when required.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
