We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Product Support Engineer based in the Isle of Wight, to join our electrical engineering and software company.
As a Product Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to existing customers globally and enable seamless communication between customers and the R&D team. You will provide support and guidance to global customers to understand their requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get the most out of our products.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will interact with customers from diverse backgrounds and industries.
In addition to providing exceptional customer support, you will also collaborate closely with the R&D team to identify and document product defects, contribute to knowledge base articles, and participate in training sessions to enhance your technical skills.
