About the role
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to support the Franchise Team by enhancing processes and providing marketing support. You will manage the One Stop Franchise website, oversee digital campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute long-term marketing strategies. This role involves content creation, managing social media and email strategies, and supporting franchisee acquisition and lead generation efforts.

What I do:
* I support the Franchise Proposition Team in delivering excellent, accurate, timely and professional service levels to the business.
* I continually look for ways to make Franchisees lives easier via improved processes and providing marketing support.
* I manage and maintain the One Stop Franchise website, ensuring that the customer journey is successful and of high quality.
* I work with the internal team and external agencies to manage digital campaigns such as the Google and Social Media ‘Always On’ advertisement campaigns.
* I work in cohesion with the Franchise Marketing Manager to deploy long-term campaigns, supporting the recruitment team in franchisee acquisitions, and contributing to the development a medium/long term vision for Marketing.
* I work in tandem with the Company team on all digital campaigns to assure said campaigns are also adapted to Franchise where possible.
* I use Franchise equipment to create Videography and Photography content for the business, supporting our overall marketing needs and keeping us up to date.
* I create and manage the full Social Media strategy for One Stop Franchise.
* I work with Launch Support Managers and Business Development Managers to attend store launches, when relevant, to create supporting content for our brand.
* I support the Brand, PR and Franchise Marketing Managers in developing lead generation campaigns and the continued development of all touch points.
* I am on-hand for any ad-hoc marketing requirements that may arise outside the forecast strategy.
* I manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers.
* I work with the BDMs to: Keep them up-to-date with all internal projects, identify underperforming and competitor impacted stores and develop an action plans via local marketing initiatives.
* I create and manage the Email Marketing Strategy for One Stop Franchise.
You will need
Technical Skills:
* A good understanding of marketing concepts, with a marketing background.
* Technical understanding of administrative tools and content creation equipment.
* An excellent level of written and verbal communication.
Qualifications:
* High standard of education - Undergraduate Degree or Higher.
* Fully PC literate knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and Social Media Management tools.
* Background in Marketing with an understanding of the concepts of traditional and PR marketing.
