Main duties will be to provide administrative support to the Corporate Induction and Appraisal programmes for all who join and work at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
This role will be based at Eastbourne DGH with some cross-site cover needed when necessary to cover leave. This will be known in advance. Flexibility with working days and hours is required.
The postholder will have contact with a wide variety of individuals of differing bands and staff groups; therefore, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity are essential pre-requisites for this post.
The postholder will work as part of the wider administrative team but also work independently, managing their workload and regularly prioritizing and planning their workload to meet service needs and demands of the role.
