Job Description
HR Administrator:
* Provide HR advice in regards to policies and procedures
* Escalate complex issues to the HR Manager
* Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee HR queries
* Co-ordinate and oversee the end to end lifecycle of recruitment, starters, leavers, pre-employment checks, workforce changes across all locations.
* Assist with Recruitment Campaigns, advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews
* Update employee records with accuracy
* Note taking at meetings, including disciplinary and grievance hearings
* Maintain accurate training records and co-ordinate and arrange training for employees
The Successful Applicant
HR Administrator:
* Must have previously worked in a HR Assistant role
* HR qualification/ CIPD desirable but not essential
* Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation
* Must have previously worked in a HR role and team with excellent administrative skills
* Must have a positive approach to work and remain professional
* Able to work with various teams across an organisation
