What we need you to bring to the team:
Experience working with complex telephony, contact centre systems and networking solutions in a technical delivery or consulting role.
A strong understanding of enterprise and communications technologies from a consultant's perspective rather than an end user.
The ability to present confidently to project teams and business stakeholders.
High levels of self-motivation and a desire to grow within a company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous technical support or project delivery.
