Pertemps Recruitment is seeking a highly organized Planning Administrator to join a reputable business in Lincoln. This full-time position is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. The Planning Administrator will be a key player in supporting the planning team by managing documentation, schedules, and communication to ensure smooth production operations.
What will I be doing every day?
* Assist in maintaining production schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
* Prepare, update, and manage planning documentation and records.
* Liaise with production and supply teams to communicate schedule changes and requirements.
* Track inventory and monitor supplies to support production schedules.
* Coordinate meetings, take notes, and distribute planning updates as needed.
* Provide general administrative support to the planning team, helping with data entry, filing, and reporting.
What skills & experience do I need?
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
* Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently within a team environment.
How much will I be paid?
£22,500 to £23,500 per annum (DOE)
What are the working hours?
Monday to Friday starting at 0730. Monday to Thursday finishing at 16:00 and Friday 12:30.
