As a Community Benefits Admin Apprentice, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to create a state-of-the-art cancer centre. Join our dynamic team and make a difference!
The Business Administration Apprentice will support the Community Benefits team with various administrative tasks related to the project. Working with the community benefits team to manage spreadsheets and internal systems and sharing best practices across our projects. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience of an office environment within the social value realm within the construction industry, developing skills and knowledge that will be valuable throughout your career.
The Community Benefits Admin Apprentice may be eligible for PLA funding for additional training relevant to role.

Key Responsibilities include:
Assisting the Community Benefits team with the following aspects of the project:
* Monitor and review activity and engagement on forums via the community benefits platform.
* Manage day-to-day activities.
* Liaise and communicate with relevant team members.
* Review and manage usage of the platform.
* Supporting with onsite hub/meeting room bookings.
* Support with organisation and coordination of community benefits events and activities.
* Support with the collation of end of month report evidence from the platform.
* SPOC during the absence of Workforce Development Coordinator.
* Document content for a Community Engagement newsletter/platform update.
* Supporting the Stakeholder Engagement manager with data collation for internal and external comms.
Essential criteria
* Right to work in the UK
* 4 GCSE A-D including Maths and English
In addition to the above:
* An ability to communicate with a range of people, including customers, clients and key stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
* Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate to achieve the best performance from suppliers.
* Eager to learn with a keen eye to for detail.
* Ability to prioritise and organising;
* Commitment to meet targets and deadlines.
* Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and project needs.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
