Smart Solutions are currently working with a leading Logistics organisation in Crick who are looking for Customer Service representatives to join their growing team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: (Apply online only) or (Apply online only)
Pay: £12.25 per hour
Responsibilities
1. Speaking with Customers over the phone and email
2. Creating KPI packs to send out to Customers
3. Use of Excel and updating reports
4. Ability to deal with queries and complaints over email
5. Speaking with various departments to resolve customer queries
Requirements
1. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics industry
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
3. Experience within Excel
4. Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Ability to work as part of a team
6. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
