About Our Client
This large organisation, which operates within the Energy & Natural Resources industry, is based in Norwich. They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their HR team on a permanent basis. You will ideally have experience with end to end recruitment, familiar with liaising with stakeholders at all levels and taking initiative in driving recruitment processes forward.
Job Description
3. Lead and manage recruitment initiatives from start to finish.
4. Source and attract top-level talent from a variety of sources.
5. Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
6. Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfil recruitment needs.
7. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for core roles within the company.
8. Implement and improve recruitment strategies and procedures.
9. Handle administrative duties related to recruitment.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during the recruitment process.
