Registered Mental Health Nurse - RMN
Vacancy Type: Permanent - Full-time, Permanent - Part-time
A leading independent hospital is seeking experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) for various positions on a permanent, part-time, full-time, or night shift basis. This role is available for individuals holding an active NMC Pin. The facility provides comprehensive inpatient mental health services for young people and adults, offering a supportive environment to help individuals live their best life. RMNs will be assigned to various wards, including:
* PICU
* Acute
* Specialist DBT Unit for personality disorders
Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
* Providing and supporting nursing care, acting as a named nurse for a defined group of patients
* Assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care in collaboration with the patient and their family or carers
* Communicating effectively with service users to assess their needs and evaluate progress
* Promoting adherence to the DBT model
* Participating in quality improvement processes and clinical governance
* Ensuring safe ward environments by acting as the Nurse in Charge
* Maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting MDT practices
Candidates should have:
* Active NMC registration
* Knowledge of NMC standards and professional practices
* A positive attitude toward service improvement and quality
* Excellent communication and IT skills

Pay Enhancements:
* Monday to Friday (22:00 – 6:30): 20% of hourly rate
* Saturday (All Day): 20% of hourly rate
* Sunday (All Day): 50% of hourly rate
* Bank Holidays (All Day): 50% of hourly rate
