About the Role:
Overseeing a portfolio of insolvency cases assigned to Case Administrators from inception to completion (all case types)
Brief Job Description
1. Management of Case Administrators
2. Attending external & internal meetings with Directors and key stakeholders
3. Working closely and reporting to the Insolvency Practitioners on case strategy development and implementation and case progression
4. Reviewing (and preparing) documentation in accordance with statutory requirements
5. Attending site and any associated matters
6. Ensuring case matters are progressed in a timely and compliant manner
7. Reviewing, amending and critiquing case work prepared by Case Administrators
8. Involvement on cases with assets or complex matters
9. Supporting Case Administrators to ensure case diaries are managed and cases are progressed adequately
10. Managing Case Administrators workloads
11. Providing support to IP’s on case progression and compliance
12. Assisting with the training and support of Case Administrators
13. Delegating work to others as and when required
14. Supporting business development through attendance at networking events
